This page is a short summary of how refunds and withdrawal work at Divi Lover. The full, binding rules are in sections 8, 9 and 10 of our Terms & Conditions. If anything here differs, the Terms & Conditions apply.
Divi Stylist Academy: 30-day guarantee
Divi Stylist Academy comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee, on top of your legal rights. Your 30 days start on the day you get access to Module 1, not on the day you pay. If the course isn't right for you, email hello at divilover dot com with your order number within that time and we'll refund you. You don't need to give a reason.
Other products and courses don't come with this guarantee.
Your 14-day right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers)
If you're a consumer in the EU or the UK, you can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
For digital products and courses, this right ends once you start downloading or accessing the content, if at checkout you asked for immediate access and confirmed that you understand you lose the right to withdraw. If you haven't downloaded or accessed anything yet, the full 14 days apply.
For 1:1 services, the right ends once the service is fully performed, if you asked us to start within the 14 days. If you withdraw after we've started, you pay for the part already done.

Business customers don't have a statutory right of withdrawal. Customers outside the EU and the UK have the rights their local law gives them.
If something doesn't work
Everything we sell must work as described. If a product, course or service doesn't, tell us and we'll fix it. If we can't fix it within a reasonable time, or the problem is serious, you can ask for a price reduction or a refund. For downloads, this covers problems that show up within 2 years. For courses and subscriptions, it covers the whole time you have access.
To report a problem, open a support ticket in your account or email hello at divilover dot com with your order number and a short description. We reply within 14 days, usually much sooner.
How refunds are paid
We refund you within 14 days, to the same payment method you used, at no cost to you. Licenses and course access linked to the refunded order are deactivated.
1:1 services
1:1 services have their own terms, shown on the offer page or in your proposal before you buy. Those terms take priority where they differ from this summary.
